What Failed Magic Trick Would Have Been the Greatest Ever if the Magician Had Been Able to Pull It off?

The greatest magic trick of all time would have been if the magician was able to make a balloon disappear. Unfortunately, this trick has never been successfully pulled off. There are many reasons why this trick has not been able to be successfully pulled off. For one, it is incredibly difficult to make a balloon disappear. Secondly, it is very difficult to make the balloon appear again. If the magician were to be able to do these two things, then he or she would have been able to pull off the greatest magic trick of all time.
Watch the following video carefully; it sums it up well:

What failed magic trick would have been the greatest ever if the magician had been able to pull it off?

If the magician had been able to pull off the failed magic trick, it would have been the greatest magic trick ever. The magician would have been able to make everyone believe that he was able to make the impossible happen.

Famed magician, skeptic and debunker James Randi began his career like other magicians. He practiced for endless hours and struggled to book gigs.

As a young magician honing his mentalist act in Toronto nightclubs, Randi conjured what could be his “greatest trick.”[1]
Each night before he went to bed, he wrote the date on the back of a business card along with the words “I, Randall Zwinge, will die today.” Then he signed it and placed it in his wallet.
That way, if he were knocked down in the street or killed by a freak accident, whoever went through his effects would discover the most shocking prophecy he ever made.[2]
For years, Randi continued the ritual. Every single night, he would rip up a business card and write the same message again on a fresh one. The only change was the ominous date foretelling his demise.
Unfortunately (or fortunately) for Randi, the Grim Reaper never arrived. After hundreds and hundreds of business cards, he eventually stopped.
In an interview with The New York Times, he wistfully summed up his failed trick.
“I never got lucky.”[3]
